RETURNS POLICY

It is your responsibility to inspect, upon receipt of purchased goods, that all merchandise delivered matches its order. Delivery of the goods shall be regarded as effectively accepted if no claim has been filed for the goods with due communication by registered letter with return receipt or e-mail to us within 10 working days after receipt of such order. If any Company goods which are delivered to you are deemed defective, you are required to obtain a return authorization number from the “Company” prior to returning the goods intact and in their original packaging. Failure to obtain a return authorization number from the company will void the return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs back to the Company. The packaging must not be damaged in any way and the goods must be accurately packed and aptly protected by cellophane. The goods returned shall be accompanied by the relevant documentation and invoice. We reserve the right to check whether the goods are defective and if in our reasonable determination deem the goods defective, we shall refund your purchase by crediting such purchase on the credit card used by the customer for the purchase, or deliver to the customer the same goods.
